A lot of Morgan Wallen news to unpack from the weekend, so buckle up. The singer has been hinting that some new music was on the way, posting pics of him working in the studio on several different occasions. Friday he went a little further, dropping a clip of a previously unheard (and fully produced) song on his socials. We don’t have any information on the clip, other than it’s new. Fellow artists chimed in in the comments section, with Ernest saying “should be just one notch louder” and Nate Smith putting it bluntly: “LITERALLY UNDEFEATED.”

In other Morgan Wallen news, a moment from Morgan’s Friday night concert at Pittsburgh’s Acrisure Stadium show is going viral. Morgan was mid-song when he noticed someone (a security guard) filming him on their phone from the side of the stage. At first he went in for a close-up, but after walking away for a few seconds, he returned and grabbed the camera from the woman’s hands and sailed it into the crowd without missing a beat.
In other other Morgan Wallen news, while the world got a little more Morgan Wallen Friday with the new music post, Pittsburgh fans got a little less on Saturday. Morgan’s second Pittsburgh show was canceled over concerns about impending weather. On his Instagram Stories, Morgan wrote “After talking with local officials and my team, there is no choice but to cancel tonight’s show due to severe adverse weather conditions expected throughout the rest of the day and night. Safety for my fans and crew is the highest priority.” Fans that purchased tickets were offered refunds. And, since it’s Morgan Wallen we’re talking about here, even this came with a little bit of controversy.
While storms did roll through the area Saturday afternoon, the weather cleared well before the show’s scheduled 8PM start time. After fans voiced their disappointment online, Wallen responded. “I understand that that wind and whatever else hasn’t gotten to Pittsburgh yet. I know it has touched some of Pennsylvania, so my heart goes out to all those affected by it. But the truth of the matter is I have a large stage that, in those conditions, could become fatal to a lot of folks around it. So I did the best I could with the information I had in that moment,” he added. “I’ve been seeing a lot of nonsense about me that is simply not true, and I just wanted to clear the air. I think my true fans know that that’s not how I operate in general, but I had to say it.
Update on Morgan Wallen Pittsburgh:

Pictured below is a photo I just took of where I should be listening to Ella Langley.
