Last week (Feb 2nd) Tim McGraw stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. They talked about the new “Yellowstone” prequel, “1883”, which stars tim and wife Faith Hill. They chatted about having Tom Hanks make a guest appearance on the Paramont+ series and Colbert asked “I was curious if you’d be willing to sing something out to break. I know you didn’t come here to sing, you came here to act, but that part’s done.” Tim obliged and the song choice he made was Elton John’s “Tiney Dancer” which he absolutely slayed! Tim was already very familiar with the song. He recorded a cover version for his 2002 album “Tim McGraw and the Dancehall Doctors”. Check video of the interview and Tim’s impromptu and masterful performance below!
