Megan Moroney took on a special role over the weekend as maid of honor at the wedding of her best friend, influencer Natalie King. During the celebration, Megan delivered an emotional performance of her song “Wonder,” which she originally wrote for Natalie long before finding fame.
Before performing, Megan told guests the moment felt especially meaningful because “Wonder” was the first song she ever released. She explained that she wrote it while encouraging Natalie to stay hopeful about finding the right person after dating “some loser.”
“In the song, I’m telling Natalie that if you just hold out, you’re going to find someone who just shows up early, and you’re never gonna have to wonder how he feels about you,” Megan shared. “And I definitely think with Alex, you’ve found that.”
The heartfelt performance added a personal touch to the wedding celebration and showed just how close the longtime friends remain despite Megan’s rising success in country music.
