It’s easy to think that the life of a country star is full of adoration from fans; most times it is. Then there’s this DM that Hardy received from a “fan?” …not sure you’d call them that.
In a clip posted to his Instagram, Hardy reads one particularly harsh DM. In a clip captioned “You guys think I don’t read my DM’s,” Hardy does just that and can’t keep from laughing. As someone preps his hair backstage, Hardy reads from his phone: “Wow! ‘You’re fat and you’re ugly and not to mention ‘Truck Bed’ might be the worst song I’ve ever heard in my entire life.” The person then adds inexplicably, “Please do better.” Fortunately the singer got a kick out of it. And since the person who sent the DM thinks “Truck Bed” is such a horrible song, here is Hardy performing it with Nickelback on CMT Crossroads!
