You Can Own A Part Of Church’s New Honky Tonk

By Kim Carr Mar 7, 2024 | 3:51 PM

Yes, it does seem like everyone has a honky tonk on Broadway in Nashville these days. But not everyone can say they own a part of one. Eric Church gave his Church Choir fans a surprise this week. They received a personal deed to their very own brick that makes up the soon-to-open “Chief’s.”

“You’ve helped me build my career brick by brick, and I want the whole world to know that the building is yours,”

Fans got a message that said “This is not just another club downtown. This is our house. I’ve been involved in every step of restoring this historic building into a place we can call our own and, because you’ve been with me every step of my career, I’m proud to dedicate a physical brick of the Chief’s building to each and every one of you.” Along with being given a deed to individual bricks that form the building, fans also received a digital version of their brick attached to online access to exclusive content, including never-before-heard demos, unreleased video footage, and priority entry when the venue opens. The man just keeps raising the bar higher and higher.

You can go online to his website to see where your brick if you already received it. If you are not apart of his fan club, you can join and still receive a brick.
