Pro-tip for Blake Shelton: if you’re going to endorse a product, know what that product is. Blake has an endorsement deal with Kubota, so naturally he has some of their farm equipment around his property. Yesterday, he admitted he was not the best pitch-man, saying that his favorite piece of farm equipment was… something he calls “The Long Black Thing.” “I am certain that Kubota gets a little frustrated with me at times because I don’t know what anything’s actually called…so I call this “The Big Long Thing,” he said before panning over to the vehicle. He went on to sing an ode to the vehicle, to the tune of Josh Turner‘s “Long Black Train.” “Don’t go ridin’ on my big, black thing….” We don’t know what Blake’s new toy is called either, but if a country boy like Blake is in love with it, we’re sure it’s pretty awesome.
