Raisins Trying To Be The It Treat For Halloween

Halloween is 30 days away. The one treat that has never gotten a good wrap for trick or treating has been raisins. Sun-Maid is trying to make their dried fruit the new cool treat to get this year. They have some new products coming out just in time.

PB & J – Much like raisnets these are raisins that are covered in with a strawberry flavor coating along with a peanut butter one.

Chocolate and Peanut Butter – Raisins are at the core of this treat. Just like a raisnet, these raisins are covered in both chocolate and peanut butter.

Sour Raisin Snacks – a limited edition glow in the dark treat. The sour raisin snacks and yogurt covered raisins come in a box of 24. They fun size pouches glow in the dark.

With also releasing new treats this year. Sun-Maid is giving ideas on how to celebrate this year safely.

Halloween Pumpkin “Egg Hunt” – Hide eggs throughout the house or yard and the kids can dress up and find them. 

Boo Baskets – Spread random acts of kindness this year. By filling a basket with fun Halloween items and drop them off at a neighbors home. 

Pack a Halloween Treat for Lunch – Make a pumpkin out of tissue paper with snacks inside and put it in your kids lunch all month long.
