Y106.5 - Today's Best Country

Over the weekend, Chris Lane became a member of a club that many have joined over the years, but none have really wanted to join. While it’s probably not a club he wants to be in, he is now in it because of what happened to him in Jacksonville, Florida, recently.

Chris was in the middle of performing Garth Brooks’ “Friends in Low Place” when he found out exactly how low he himself could get. He went down hard on stage and, ever the pro, finished out the song from his back as stage hands rushed to help the singer back to his feet.

As the song ended, Chris was assisted to his feet, telling the crowd, “I don’t know what happened! My boot got caught right there!” he said, pointing to the front of the stage. Welcome to the club, Chris!

Of course, it was all caught on video by someone in the crowd! Check it out below.
