Tyler Hubbard’s family camping trip came with an unexpected adventure after the country star ended up with a fish hook lodged in the back of his head.
The Florida Georgia Line singer shared the painful — and ultimately funny — moment on Instagram, where his wife, Hayley, carefully removed the hook with a pair of pliers while their three children watched nearby. Throughout the ordeal, Tyler stayed remarkably calm, reassuring his kids that the injury would “bleed a little” and admitting it “kinda does” hurt when asked how he was feeling.
Hayley encouraged her husband, telling him he was “doing great” and “so brave” before finally pulling the hook free to the family’s relief. Tyler jokingly captioned the video, “Breakfast had to wait…”
Hayley later shared highlights from the family’s camping getaway, saying the four-day trip in their Airstream was worth all the packing, unpacking, and memories they made. She couldn’t resist adding one final joke: “Next time we’ll try to avoid fish hooks in the head.”
Tyler and Hayley, who have been married since 2015, share three children: Olivia, 8, Luca, 6, and Atlas, 5.
