Tim McGraw’s most recent date-night photo with wife Faith Hill sent some fans into a tizzy.
It was ol’ Timmy’s new “accessory” that caused the stir… But there’s a good (and totally normal) reason for it.
While in Copenhagen, the cute couple posed for a photo where you can see Tim’s hands resting on a wooden cane.

Well, loyal fans weren’t too shocked… Because they likely knew Tim has been dealing with lots of surgeries and has canceled shows because of complications.
Repeated surgeries have kept him off the stage for the better part of the last year, and he’s still dealing with issues from said surgeries.
I mean, the guy has had three back surgeries and a double knee surgery since 2024… So, a cane makes total sense.
We’re hoping for a swift recovery for the country vet… and hopefully he’s done with surgeries for a while!
