He’s a superstar, and he’s very recognizable. Jelly Roll is a big man, with a face full of tattoos that makes him stand out. And did we mention he’s one of music’s biggest stars? So you can understand his bewilderment while in Hawaii on vacation with wife Bunnie XO, who filmed his bewildered reaction to not being recognized. In the clip, Jelly leans in the car to talk to his wife. “I’m standing in line. They’re banging ‘Save Me.’ It’s, like, the second Jelly Roll song that came on. And I’m just standing there…no one knows it’s me at all,” he said, laughing. You can bet that doesn’t happen very often. To be fair he is dressed slight inconspicuously, he has a hat and sunglasses on and it looks as though his face tats may be covered. But still it’s not like he is an average looking person even with the subtle appearance and impromptu disguise. Check out the video below
