Anyone who has had a little soul mate in the form of a pet can relate.
Kelsea Ballerini has been very open with fans about her dog, Dibs’, health after he was diagnosed with incurable heart cancer earlier this year.
While it seems silly to get emotional about a dog – I can say, this hippy can relate.
While I don’t have my own songs to change the lyrics to for my poocher, like Kelsea, I can’t say I wouldn’t do the same if I were her.
At a recent show, she switched up the lyrics to her song “Penthouse” and made herself emotional in the process.
“I bought the house with a fence… Enough room for some kids, a backyard for Dibs…”
