Country music star Carly Pearce has officially introduced the world to her new boyfriend, entrepreneur and dog rescue advocate Jordan Karcher. Taking to social media, Pearce shared a cozy selfie of the couple, writing, “I guess this is what the kids call a ‘hard launch’ these days…”
This marks Pearce’s first public relationship since her split from drummer BC Taylor, and her most high-profile romance since her brief marriage to fellow country singer Michael Ray. Pearce and Ray married in 2019 but divorced less than a year later in 2020. Since then, the “Hide the Wine” singer has kept her love life relatively private—until now.
Jordan Karcher, whose Instagram is private, is an accomplished entrepreneur with a clear passion for animal welfare. He is the founder and CEO of Shop With Eileen, a retail intelligence platform built for modern CPG teams, and also the founder of Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co., a mission-driven coffee company established in 2014. The brand supports over 600 animal rescue organizations nationwide, providing food, toys, and medical care for dogs in need.
Karcher holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and has ties to California, where his company is reportedly based in the Los Angeles area. While the couple has yet to reveal how they met or how long they’ve been dating, fans are excited to see Pearce happy in a new relationship.
