Hillary Scott and her husband Chris Tyrrell welcomed their fourth child, a daughter named Selah Jean. The couple shared their joy with People, stating that Selah embodies the meaning of her name, which signifies “pause and reflect” and “God is gracious.” The couple announced the pregnancy in February, expressing excitement about expanding their household of little ladies. With the addition of Selah, the family now has four daughters, with their first child, Eisele Kaye, born in 2013, and twins Betsy Mack and Emory JoAnn born in 2018. The couple first met in college and married in 2012 after reconnecting in the country music world.
