The 2025 ACM Awards are almost here, and the celebration is bigger than ever. Set to stream live on Thursday, May 8, the show will air at 8 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. CT / 5 p.m. PT on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch, broadcasting from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. This year, the run time expands from two to two and a half hours—promising even more music and memorable moments.
Reba McEntire, a 16-time ACM Award winner, returns to host for a record 18th time. She’s closing in on the all-time hosting record held by Bob Hope, who hosted the Oscars 19 times.
The night will kick off with an epic 12-minute musical medley celebrating Song of the Year winners from the past 60 years. Performers in this opening number include Clint Black, Dan + Shay, LeAnn Rimes, Reba McEntire, Sugarland, and Wynonna Judd. Expect to hear classics like Dan + Shay’s “Tequila,” The Judds’ “Why Not Me,” Rimes’ “Blue,” and Sugarland’s “Stay.”
Collaborations are also a big part of this year’s show. Notable pairings include:
-
Jelly Roll & Shaboozey (fresh off their Stagecoach Festival duet)
-
Backstreet Boys & Rascal Flatts
-
Brooks & Dunn with Cody Johnson
A long-overdue honor will finally be presented to Keith Urban, who will receive the ACM Triple Crown Award—an achievement he secured back in 2019 after winning Entertainer of the Year (along with earlier wins for New Male Artist and Male Artist of the Year). The tribute to Urban will feature performances of his biggest hits by Chris Stapleton, Megan Moroney, and Brothers Osborne.
Ella Langley and Zach Top, already announced as the New Female Artist and New Male Artist of the Year, will also take the stage as performers.
The show’s presenter lineup includes some of the biggest names in country music, along with special guests such as Lionel Richie, Rita Wilson, and NASCAR star Chase Elliott.
