Carrie Underwood has long since dabbled in the rock world, whether it was joining Guns N’ Roses on stage, helping out with vocals on “American Idol”, or now… Inviting Papa Roach on stage for a collab.
During a recent Reflection residency performance in Vegas, they performed their collaborative track “Leave a Light On (Talk Away the Dark)” and celebrated the 25th anniversary of Papa Roach’s hit “Last Resort” with a joint rendition.
The collaboration was to support suicide prevention efforts, with proceeds benefiting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and promoting awareness of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
This marked the first live performance of these songs together, blending country and rock genres.
