Lainey Wilson has released a new single titled “Good Horses,” featuring Miranda Lambert, from her upcoming album “Whirlwind.”
Finding your way home is the theme of the song, which Wilson, Lambert, and Luke Dick co-wrote and Jay Joyce produced. This collaboration marks the first time Wilson has worked with Lambert.
Lainey said regarding the track, “I am so excited for everyone to finally be able to have their hands on this song. Writing with Miranda and Luke feels like home, and I will forever cherish the day we wrote this song. ‘Good Horses’ is all about finding your way back home, no matter where you are.”
Miranda added, “Lainey and I wrote this song at my farm with Luke Dick. Lainey is a genuine and authentic human. I love watching her dreams come true right in front of our eyes, and it’s so cool to be a little part of it.”
Lainey’s new album “Whirlwind” drops on August 23rd and will feature 14 tracks and “Good Horses” is the only collaboration on the record. Check out the beautiful song below.
