Lainey Wilson was playing the Faster Horses Music Festival in Michigan over the weekend and almost suffered a MAJOR wardrobe malfunction. While performing her set, one of her signature pair of bell bottoms ripped out at the seams on stage! Thankfully her team noticed the mishap and immediately came to her aid and pulled her off stage and getting her in some new britches but that sounds like it wasn’t easy. When she returned to the stage just a few minutes later she said:
“Y’all just about got a real show!” she said jokingly. “There’s a first time for everything and I’m glad it was y’all that I split my pants wide open in front of,” she said in a fan-captured TikTok. “You can’t make that up!”
“I’ll tell you what, try and put on some jeans when you sweatin, it ain’t fun,” Wilson added. “You gotta jump in them things.”

Lainey admitted she never would have known of the wardrobe malfunction had her staff not come to her aid. She didn’t let the hic-cup ruin the show at all. She continued on like it never happened and even brought a young fan up on stage to make her “the cowgirl of the night” and had here recite a mantra with her…
The following day Lainey hit her socials to show off some new britches that she tested out with some dips and dance moves to ensure that the new pants won’t rip out at the seams!
