By Dana Apr 8, 2024 | 6:18 AM

Morgan Wallen is once again in the limelight… But for all the wrong reasons.

As of this morning, the “One Thing at a Time” singer has been charged with three felony counts in connection with an incident at Eric Church’s new honky tonk on Broadway.

According to an arrest report, some Nashville police officers were standing in front of Chief’s Bar on Broadway Sunday night when a chair fell from above them, hitting the ground just feet from where they were standing.

Turns out, Wallen had thrown the chair from the sixth floor balcony. Witnesses also say he was laughing after throwing the chair.

All in all, Wallen was arrested for three counts of reckless endangerment for the two officers who were in the vicinity and for the danger to the public, as well as disorderly conduct.

Wallen’s bond was set at $15,250. You can see all the details in the post below.
