Those who want to part take in this need to submit an essay to be considered. If accepted they will be provided a lockbox, a good ol’fashioned flip phone, 1 month pre-paid sim car, and 3 months worth of siggi’s yogurt during their digital detox. The goal is to show the benefits of going digital-free.
