Can’t say we saw this one coming…
After breaking away from The Voice after 23 seasons as the veteran coach, Blake Shelton hasn’t slowed down.
He’s created his own celebrity game show, “Bargageddon.” His tour, “Back to the Honkeytonk,” is returning in 2024 (which is coming to Milwaukee in February). And now, he’s getting into the Hallmark movie game…
Blake will be listed as the Executive Producer for the upcoming movie, “Time for Me to Come Home For Christmas,” premiering on December 9th.
As random as Blake getting into the Hallmark movie world sounds, it sounds like his mother gave him the inspiration… and the story.
Turns out she wrote a book called, “Time for Me to Come Home.” Slap Christmas on it, throw in a few cheesy lines, and you’ve got yourself a predictable, yet endearing, made-for-tv-movie! Well, we haven’t actually seen it… but, that’s our guess, anyways.
Check the trailer out for yourself and let us know what you think!
