Jelly Roll is an artist who appreciates his fans – and that means all his fans. That was made quite evident recently when JR saw a fan who was hoping to get up on stage with the singer – and Jelly was more than happy to oblige him, but there was one problem.
In a crowd atmosphere, being in a wheelchair is tough. Visibility and mobility tend to be problematic – and this fan was wheelchair-bound. But Jelly Roll knew he had the crowd on his side. At his urging, the crowd helped the young man crowd-surf his way to the stage.
“We need to get him to the f*cking stage. Can we get him on the stage? Hold on, we are going to need a lot of help, though we can’t drop the ball on this one. We can’t drop the ball on this one; this one is big. All hands on deck here, boys, I appreciate y’all helping us.
