TMZ shared a video from Thursday (4/19/23) of Morgan Wallen fallin on stage in Louisville at his concert. He was walking across the stage through some smoke so it is hard to tell what got him tripped up but he went down pretty hard. Good news is that he seemed relatively unscathed from the incident as he popped right back up and continued singing his song “Heartless” without missing a beat. According to the article from TMZ fans in the front rows stated there were also some technical issues with some of the lighting on the stage so it’s unclear if that played any part in the incident.
