Chris Stapleton surprised the crowd at his concert near Los Angeles on Friday (June 10th) night with an appearance by Justin Timberlake. The two teamed up on “Tennessee Whiskey,” a song included on Chris’ 2015 album, Traveller. To bring Timberlake out on stage Stapleton told the audience, “I guarantee that most of you probably know me because of this man I’m about to bring onstage. He’s one of the greatest musical artists that has ever lived.” Timberlake comes out on stage at about the 4:00 mark in the video.
Chris Stapleton also posted on social media after the show sharing pics from the stage. Justin TImberlake commented on the Instagram post, writing, “Love you, brother. Thanks for talking me into hopping up on a date night with wifey!!!! LA, thank you for the ❤️!!!!”
