Tim McGraw has a killer physique and is always so active with constantly working, performing and keeping himself busy with many endeavors. How does he keep his energy level so high? Well he may have let us all in on a secret he has to do that.
Tim took to social media to share what he says is his go to smoothie recipe when he is on the go. It’s a jalapeno smoothie! It’s also got avacado, ginger, apples, kale, coconut water and lemons that he leaves the rinds on. He says in the video “I always like lemons in everything. Probably people are gonna freak out a little bit…I like to cut them as finely as I can because I like to leave the rind on them, so I get full on lemon zest.”

- 1+ Jalapeño
- 1 Avocado
- Small Ginger Root
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Apple
- 2 Cups Kale
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
