This weekend the Disney fan groups I am part of on Facebook and Instagram were buzzing with BIG NEWS! After Disney hours at the Magic Kingdom it was all set up for a wedding. Chairs lined MainStreet with Cinderella’s castle as the backdrop. To have a wedding like this does cost a pretty penny or thousands, so you knew it was someone BIG saying “I Do.”
Turns out it was Reba’s son Shelby Blackstock. Her son tied the know with his fiancée Marissa Saturday night. He proposed to her in that same spot at the end of their 2020 New Year’s trip, so it only seemed fitting to hold the celebration there.
She got what a lot of little girls dream of (myself included) to ride in Cinderella’s horse drawn carriage and dance in font of the castle with fireworks going off. Reba did the mother-son dance to her song “You’re Gonna Be (Always Love By Me.)”
