Winter weather wreaked havoc on Tennessee and portions of the south recently. A layer of ice put a nice glaze on most surfaces and Chris Young experienced that in the worst way possible!
Chris took a spill down a flight of stairs and it left him bruised and embarrassed but for the most part OK. He took to Instagrm to share his experience and thank the kind person who checked on him when he took his fall. He shared in a video, “Shoutout to the girl that just saw me fall all the way down my stairs and checked on me. I appreciate that. Also, it’s still icy in Tennessee.” while showing of his scrapes and bruises.

He then posted another update which showed off an ugly bruise on his arm that he suffered with the caption “So… about that trip down the stairs 😂 #ice“

Some of his fellow country musicians showed concern by posting well wishes and shared their own mishap stories. Cole Swindell responded with “Dude I busted my ASSS leaving rehearsal the other night. Just stayed there w/ my embarrassment and pain 🥴” and Lindsay Ell commented “Oh my goodness, are you ok?!”
But he wasn’t finished showing the world his battle scars! He posted another shot showing an ugly bruise and scrape on his upper thigh with the caption “No if’s, ands or butts… (sorry for the pasty legs guys) #stairs #ice It ain’t just my arms that got bruised 🧐😂”
